SPR Emergency First Aid 4h ®

Our four-hour training in emergency first-response primary care gives participants the fundamental skills and knowledge related to life-saving procedures that everyone should have. This training can be used for renewing the basic first-aid qualification (EA1). 

Training Content: 

• Assistance in cases of accident or sudden illness
• The basics of emergency first-response primary care
• First aid for an unconscious person
• Basic resuscitation
• Dealing with a foreign body in the airway
• Circulatory shock
• Stopping of bleeding
• Any group-specific area of focus desired for the training -
