This course covers a wide range of emergency first aid topics and encourages learning essential life-saving skills through diverse practical exercises.

This is a full-day (8-hour) emergency first aid course where you will learn:

• CPR
• Use of a defibrillator
• Wound dressing
• First aid for various medical emergencies

This emergency first aid course also serves as a refresher course, allowing you to update your valid FRC First Aid Course EA 1® or FRC First Aid Course EA 2® certification once.

The FRC Emergency First Aid Course 8 h® is suitable for those who want to learn first aid skills for home, leisure, hobbies, or the workplace.

No prior first aid training is required to participate in the course.
